RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Bliss! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to make a return, we completely understand. Please carefully review our return policy as outlined below.
Store Credit Only: We issue store credit for all eligible returns.
Return Process & Timeframes:
- Return Process: Please fill out the form at the bottom of this page and email it to shopwithbliss1@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Initiation & Shipping: Returns must be requested via email within 5 days of delivery and, upon approval, dropped off at the post office within 7 days of delivery.
- Please expect to receive the store credit within 4 business days from when we receive your return. Please remember, shipping costs are not included in store credits.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items discounted at 20% or more (including sale items)
- Accessories
- Shoes
- Swimwear
Late Returns: Items shipped back outside of the 7-day return window will be returned to the sender.
Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for store credit, items must be returned in their original condition:
- With tags attached
- Buttoned up & folded appropriately
- Free of excessive human or animal hair
- Free of makeup marks or smears (items returned with these issues may not receive full credit)
Denied Returns & Restocking Fee:
- If returned items do not meet these requirements stated above, the return may be denied.
- Furthermore, if returned items are not in original condition, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit.
Defective Items:
- We check every item thoroughly before shipping, but if you by chance receive a defective item, please contact us at shopwithbliss1@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the item.
- Include a photo of the damage in your email.
- If we do not receive an email within 2 days, the item will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.
Exchanges
- Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges because we cannot guarantee the correct size will be available by the time we receive your return. However, to ensure you receive the correct fit, we encourage you to order the correct size immediately and return the first purchase. Please remember, you will receive store credit for the return.
Important Considerations:
- Shop With Bliss is not responsible for damages to items caused by improper care/handling or incorrect sizing by the customer.
- The exact colors and patterns of items may vary due to photography, lighting, and screen monitors. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
We are a new small business boutique, featuring limited inventory and seasonal styles. Therefore, our return policy is designed to reflect unique, fast-moving styles, while maintaining the growth of our small business. We appreciate your understanding and support. Free Shipping on Orders over $150
Free shipping is applied when a single order meets the $150 minimum. To qualify for free shipping, we recommend adding all of your favorites items to the cart and making one $150+ purchase!

- Click the link below, download our return form, and fill out all requirements. Any packages sent back MUST include this form printed out in your order.
- Reminder - Returns must be requested via email (with this form attached) within 5 days of delivery and, upon approval, dropped off at the post office within 7 days of delivery.
