Shop With Bliss is committed to getting your order to you quickly and successfully. Please read the following for our shipping policy:

Tracking Information:

  • Please allow 1-3 days for your tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays and Lost/Damaged Packages:

  • Shop With Bliss is NOT responsible for delays with UPS or USPS shipping, and will not refund shipping fees if the carrier does not meet their guaranteed delivery date.
  • Shop With Bliss is NOT responsible for lost or damaged items, or packages marked as delivered.
  • We carry insurance up to $100 on all packages.
  • If you receive a damaged package or your package is lost, you must file a claim directly with the carrier (UPS or USPS).
  • Once we drop off your order at UPS or USPS, it is out of our control. Please contact the carrier for any issues.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer:

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address (including apartment or unit number if applicable).
  • We are not responsible if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
